While driving on I-43 in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin I was passed by a vehicle traveling over 80MPH. A few car lengths behind him was a Manitowoc County Sheriff, following in pursuit. I moved over to the left lane immediately, anticipating what inevitably would be a traffic stop. It was over a mile before the officer activated his warning lights, but when he did I was surprised to see where the car decided to pull over.
