Progress on Keto

I wanted to give you an update on how my progress has been going since we switched to Keto. As of today, I am down over 40 lbs since around June. This change has been an absolute success and I look forward to continued benefits moving forward. Very simply cutting wheat and oats and sugar out of my diet has made a huge difference. Having mostly a meat, eggs, cheese, and vegetable diet has not only made me lose weight and feel better, but it also has a profound impact on our grocery budget as well. This keto diet has been a life changer!
